4.2 km elevated corridor easing traffic on the eastern artery β completed three months ahead of schedule.
Working in close coordination with the design team, our crews delivered the structural shell, MEP services and finishing works under a single-point GMP contract β managing over 80 sub-contractor packages on a constrained urban site.
The client asked for a building that would speak quietly but stand for generations. The brief emphasised long-life materials, low operating cost, and a façade that responds to the local climate without retreating from contemporary design.
We used a digital twin throughout construction, allowing the client and architect to walk the building before it existed. On site, a dedicated safety officer and a permanent quality-control lab kept tolerance tight from day one to handover.
Delivered three weeks ahead of schedule with zero lost-time incidents, the project earned a regional Builder of the Year nomination and has become a reference build for our future work in the segment.
